Please reach us at info@statmedicalrides.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Unfortunately, we do not. Wisconsin is a brokerage state and with that we can only accept it through the state broker - Veyo, previously MTM, which we do not contract with at this time.
Depending on your specific situation, there are multiple ways that we accept payments. If you live independently, we accept cash, check, and/or credit/debit cards. If you live at a facility that we work with, they may be willing to cover the expense on your behalf. If you utilize a managed care organization such as My Choice Wisconsin, Lakeland Care District, Community Care, Inclusa, or IRIS/iLife they may be willing to cover the cost of your transportation. This is something you would need to discuss with your assigned care team.
As much notice as you can give us, the better chance you have of filling a spot in our schedule. We book out fairly far but we have continuous schedule changes that may open up spots in the schedule at the last minute. The only way to know if you can schedule a ride is to call or email us and ask.
Service animals are allowed to ride with as long as it will not harm the driver or any other person(s) in or around the vehicle. Please note, service animals are not to be left with the driver at any time. If the animal is not allowed into the facility, you will need to reschedule and the driver will return you and your animal from where you were picked up from.
On occasion, we do need to transport multiple people at one time. If this is an issue for you, please let us know. We cannot guarantee you will have a vehicle to yourself, but we try our best to accommodate these requests. If this is an issue, you may need to find alternate transportation.

If you wish to schedule a ride, you can do that here in the website and wait for confirmation or you can call 920-386-8043 or email requests@statmedicalrides.com.
We follow the most current advice from the CDC.
Drivers are expected to wear a mask if the passengers request they do so and the drivers are required to sanitize their vehicles after each transport. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for everyone's use. (Drivers are allowed to request passengers with symptoms to wear a mask for the safety of all involved.)
Drivers are pulled from driving if they have Covid symptoms and are required to test. They are not allowed to return for 5 days or receive a negative test result before then.
